We are seeking a hands-on, systems-minded Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and strengthen the financial backbone of a growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to own core accounting functions, modernize processes through automation, and play a key part in strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general ledger, payroll, A/P, A/R, and cash reconciliations
  • Lead the monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate reports
  • Manage subscription billing and revenue recognition processes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Drive automation and workflow improvements across accounting operations
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and tax reporting
  • Support contract renewals and annual price adjustments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA track preferred)
  • Experience with subscription/recurring revenue models (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Zoho, Bill.com, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)
  • Proven ability to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is a plus
