As regulatory expectations evolve, Caliber continues to support organizations in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficacy of their products.Role: Senior Team Lead – Software Development (Full Stack .NET)We are looking for a Senior Team Lead with strong Full Stack C# .NET Core MVC expertise to lead our development teams and drive engineering excellence. In this role, you will guide one or more module teams (8–12 developers each), collaborate closely with the Product Architect, and ensure successful execution of our technical roadmap. You will play a pivotal role in people development, delivery management, and process optimization across the engineering function.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development- Lead and manage 8–12 engineers, including hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, performance management, and career development. - Mentor Team Leads and individual contributors in both technical and professional growth.Delivery & Execution- Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination. - Track and improve delivery metrics such as velocity, quality, and cycle time.Quality & Process Excellence- Promote best practices in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows. - Enhance developer experience by identifying blockers and improving pipelines and tools.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Product Management on scope, timelines, and feature trade-offs. - Work with the Product Architect on design reviews, technical decisions, and architecture alignment.Stakeholder Communication- Provide transparent updates, risk analysis, and mitigation plans to senior engineering leadership. - Collaborate with QA, UX, DevOps, and Support teams for seamless delivery.Culture & Engagement- Build an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance engineering culture. - Lead retrospectives, tech talks, and continuous learning initiatives.Full Stack .NET Technical Expertise (Required)- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and microservices. - Expertise in front-end technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React/Angular – good to have). - Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework / EF Core. - Solid understanding of SQL & relational databases (MS SQL Server). - Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills across the full stack. - Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.Qualifications- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 8+ engineers. - Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.Core Competencies- Delivery Focus: Drives projects to completion on time and within scope. - People Development: Mentors, motivates, and elevates engineering talent. - Process Excellence: Implements efficient workflows that enhance quality and delivery speed. - Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders. - Metrics-Driven: Uses data to guide decisions and enable continuous improvement.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital solutions in the GxP domain. - High-impact role with direct influence on business growth. - Collaborative work environment with strong learning and development opportunities.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or send their CV to sreshta.mv@caliberuniversal.com
