Thisrole will be responsible for overall supply chain management dutiesincluding selecting carriers, researching shipping methods,assessing budgets, and organizing storage. The successful candidatemust demonstrate strong attention to detail to oversee dailyoperations and logistics employees. In addition to having excellentinterpersonal skills, the candidate should also possess in-depthknowledge of logistics and inventorysystems.   How You'll Help Us Connect theWorld:   ·The logistics manager will be responsible for strategicallyplanning transportation of finished goods and raw materials,maintaining finished goods' warehouse., and coordinating withinternal and externalcustomers. ·Selecting transporters and negotiating rates and finalizingcontracts with serviceproviders. ·Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution ofgoods. ·The goal is to enhance business development and ensuresustainability and customersatisfaction. ·Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times,transport costs and efficiency.

· Achieve Container and Vehicleutilization target as per company standards, plan routes andprocess shipments.

·Resolve any arising problems orcomplaints. ·Supervise, coach and train logisticsworkforce. ·Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets, Meetingthe SDD and OTP as per companystandards. ·Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance andimplement improvements. ·Comply with laws, regulations, and ISOrequirements. ·Maintain high standards of 5s inwarehouse.   Required Qualifications forConsideration:   · Bachelor's and University Degree inCommerce, BE, Business /Administration, MBA – Logistics or SupplyChain Management will bepreferred. · Preferrable 15+ years of experience inLogistics in manufacturingindustry.   You Will Excite Us If YouHave:   · Excellent written, verbal, and publicspeaking communication skills.

· Excellent analytical, audit,organization skills including ability to collect, structure,analyze and communicate data.

· Proven track record to lead and managelarge work force.

· Excellent analytical, problem solvingand organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently andbalance multiple tasks.
