Key responsibilities

Production Planning

Contribute data and information to production plans. Run reports, check accuracy, and distribute information.

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.

Data Collection and Analysis

Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.

Stakeholder Engagement

Support stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, and events.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

Health, Safety, and Environment

Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.

Inventory Control

Carry out a range of inventory-control management activities using existing procedures.

Solutions Analysis

Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.

Planning and Organizing

Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives. Data Collection and Analysis

Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.

Reporting

Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to create relevant, lucid and effective reports.

Production Planning

Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to ensure that research incorporates production needs.

Materials requirements, planning, logistics and SC  Works at an intermediate. Typically works with guidance. Enterprise System Management

Works at an intermediate level to manage projects and monitor applications using enterprise systems and tools. Typically works with guidance.

Education:  Bachelor's degree or Equivalent

Experience:  BE with 6-8 years of experience.

Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
