Job Description

Sound technical knowledge for preparing Structural drawings and structural details, Problem solver & solution provider for Project Drafter, Quality control, Planning and scheduling, Monitor project as per schedule, Steps for increasing efficiency, Controlling projects, Target achiever, Solution for complex drawings, Training to Asst Project Drafter & Project Drafter, Identify weak link for non-productivity or poor quality and act in consultation with Project Engineer, Team building, Set drafting standards, Assistance in updating training kit, Managerial capacity.

Job Requirements

ITI civil draftsman / Diploma in Civil with first class and should have passed
FrameCAD software
course in first division. Should have minimum 2 years of in-house experience OR minimum 2 years of outside drafting experience OR minimum 2 years of experience in CFS or LGS or HRS.

Results: Manages teams well, Quality control with increased efficiency, Develops QA&QC tools and set drafting standards, Project scheduling, Controlling, Costing, Requirement for in-house software development, Feedback to ENS, Update on latest tools available and demand for latest tool & techniques, Compliance of project as per schedule, Continuous effort for increased efficiency.
