Description:About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic, analytical, and sales-oriented professional to lead our Offline/Retail Expansion initiatives. This role involves identifying high-potential markets, driving on-ground operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale our offline presence. If you enjoy building from scratch, solving expansion challenges, and spending more time in the market than in long meetingsthis role is for you.Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic background preferredKey ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion & Strategy:- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets for offline/retail expansion- Conduct detailed market studies, competitor benchmarking, and site evaluations- Develop expansion strategies, rollout plans, and market-entry frameworksCross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution- Provide inputs for product and operational enhancements based on field insightsOperational Excellence:- Create and implement SOPs, processes, and performance dashboards- Manage on-ground execution for new market launches and retail expansion- Continuously improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-makingSales Enablement:- Support sales teams with insights, local strategy, and market playbooks- Use strong market judgment to drive performance in newly launched locationsWhat Were Looking For:- 6 - 12 years of experience in strategy, operations, expansion, consulting, or retail roles- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach- High ownership, ability to manage end-to-end projects, and comfort with ambiguity- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities- Natural sales flair and strong market intuition- Experience in retail sales expansion is a significant advantage (ref:iimjobs.com)
