Role Description -

We are seeking an experienced and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. As an Architect at VDS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our projects, contributing your expertise in design development, technical detailing, and project management. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and make a significant impact on the architectural landscape of North Eastern India. The Architect will also lead, manage, and mentor the architecture team.


Qualifications -

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience for Architects.
  • Experience in managing architecture teams and leading project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, standards, and sustainable design practices.
  • Strong sense of architectural graphics and design.
  • Portfolio showcasing work to demonstrate skills and experience.

  • Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
