We are seeking a highly skilled CSM Senior Developer with at least 5 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform, with a minimum of 3 years in Customer Service Management (CSM).

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integrations.

The role requires solid experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, customizing the Service Portal, and creating integrations with various systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and support Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, including Service Portal customization and Knowledge Management.

- Customize and implement the CSM portal.

- Work on creating catalog forms, UI policies, UI macros, and other ServiceNow components.

- Write and maintain scripts in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Angular for platform customizations.

- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Scripts, and UI Policies.

- Implement and customize the Service Portal; develop custom widgets and capabilities.

- Ensure the smooth integration of UI components with UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client Scripts to enhance user experience.

- Configure integrations using various ServiceNow integration methods such as REST, SOAP, Web Services, Data Sources, and Import Sets.

- Leverage Flow Designer to create complex workflows and integrate with third-party systems.

- Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations tailored to business needs.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, ensure alignment with technical solutions, and provide excellent communication throughout the process.

- Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow platforms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, with at least 3 years focusing on the CSM module.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular.

- Strong experience with REST API integration and other integration methods (SOAP, Web Services, etc.)

- Experience in creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, and other ServiceNow scripting components.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module, including portal customization, case management, and knowledge management.

- Expertise in Service Portal implementation and customization, including creating custom widgets and utilizing UI Policies and UI Actions.

- Extensive experience with Flow Designer for creating automated workflows and integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs and other methods.

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules beyond CSM (e.g, Incident, Change, Problem Management).

- ServiceNow Certifications (e.g, Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM).

- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in an Agile environment
