We are urgently hiring for the position of Head- Compliance for one of our Gaming Technology Client (Listed Entity) in Mumbai.

Position Details:

Education: Qualified CS

Salary: As per the industry

Experience: Around 10-20 years of experience in Compliance and M&A

Job Responsibilities:

Policy Create, update, and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to align with legal requirements and internal guidelines.

Mergers & Will be responsible for the due diligence of M&A and be able to integrate compliances of multiple acquired companies.

Risk Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities within business operations.

Regulatory Keep abreast of evolving legal and regulatory changes, both domestic and international, to adapt policies and ensure ongoing compliance.

Training & Develop and deliver training programs for employees at all levels to educate them on compliance requirements and ethical practices.

Investigation & Investigate reported compliance issues, breaches, and violations, making recommendations and implementing corrective Prepare clear and concise compliance reports for senior management and relevant external regulatory Work closely with other departments, such as legal, HR, and finance, to ensure consistent application of compliance standards across the organization.

Strategic Advice:


- Provide expert guidance and advice to management on compliance risks associated with existing business practices and new ventures.

External Liaison:


- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in external audits and reviews.

Skills and Criteria:


- Should be a CS with min 10 years' experience in compliance

- Should have experience of working in a listed company

- Should have experience of M&A and be able to integrate compliances of multiple acquired companies

- Should have handled compliances in India and preferably experience of companies abroad.

- Should be able to organise board meetings and be able to publish reports (ref:iimjobs.com)
