Location: Mohali / Bangalore / Vizag / Nashik.Department: RPA Managed Services.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday On-site.About Valenta :Valenta is a global business solutions provider specializing in consulting, digital transformation, and managed services.We empower businesses to optimize operations, reduce costs, and achieve sustainable growth through strategic outsourcing and automation.With a global delivery model and deep expertise across industries, we deliver cutting-edge solutions that help clients transform and scale their operations efficiently.Our Vision : Making life easier, one intelligent automation at a time, to empower people and businesses alike.About the Role :We are seeking a RPA Managed Services Lead (UiPath) to manage and lead our automation support operations.This role is focused on monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing deployed bots while providing sharp, proactive client support with strong turnaround times (TATs).The ideal candidate will combine a strong UiPath technical background with operational discipline, ensuring that bots run smoothly, tickets are addressed promptly, and performance is continuously optimized.They will also engage with clients to understand business processes, liaise with technical teams, and ensure maximum ROI from deployed automations and licenses.Requirements :Key Responsibilities :- Daily Operations & Monitoring Review bot runs daily, monitor bot statuses and queues, and ensure automations are running as expected.- Incident & Ticket Management Manage and respond to client support tickets vigilantly and proactively, ensuring sharp TATs and high client satisfaction.- Process Understanding & Client Liaison Develop a strong understanding of client business processes; act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical support teams.- Bot Optimization Continuously work to optimize bot performance, resource utilization, and license allocation across client automations.- Infrastructure & Architecture Awareness Understand UiPath deployment architecture, including orchestrator management, VM allocations, and license governance.- Support Leadership Lead and guide the managed services support team, ensuring high standards of responsiveness, quality, and delivery excellence.- Performance Reporting Provide regular reports and insights to clients on bot performance, utilization, and opportunities for improvement.- Continuous Improvement Identify recurring issues, propose enhancements, and collaborate with solution teams to improve stability and scalability of automations.Required Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of RPA experience with at least 3+ years in UiPath-focused support/managed services roles.- Strong experience in managing support operations for existing bots, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.- Proven ability to work directly with clients, manage SLAs, and deliver proactive support.Technical Skills :- Strong UiPath expertise in orchestrator, queues, unattended bots, and scheduling.- Solid understanding of UiPath infrastructure (VM allocations, license utilization, orchestrator architecture).- Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and bot stability best practices.- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integrations preferred.- Prior experience in support/maintenance of enterprise RPA environments is essential.Leadership & Soft Skills :- Highly vigilant, proactive, and client-focused with a service-first mindset.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly under pressure.- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.- Ability to mentor and guide support analysts to ensure high performance.- Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to :- Statutory Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Group Medical Insurance, Gratuity.- Global Client Exposure: Work directly with international clients and projects.- Flexible Work Options: Hybrid and flexible arrangements to support work-life balance.- International Opportunities: Relocation or travel assignments based on performance and business needs.- Professional Development: Access to certifications, learning programs, and career growth opportunities.- Engaging Work Culture: Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven environment.
