Manager - Purpose. We are seeking an experienced Manager EPC to oversee and manage end-to-end EPC projects in the solar domain. The role involves planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in solar EPC, excellent project management capabilities, and proven leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Ensure timely execution and delivery of EPC projects within budget and quality standards.- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, procurement specialists, and construction professionals.- Engineering Oversight: Supervise design, development, and implementation while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.- Procurement Management: Handle tendering, vendor negotiations, contract finalization, and supplier management.- Construction Supervision: Monitor construction activities with strict adherence to safety, quality, and timelines.- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to minimize project delays and financial impact.- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.Skills & Competencies:- Strong technical knowledge of Solar EPC projects (Telecommunication, Railways, CM Kusum Component).- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.- Proven leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.- Ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and & Experience:- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in related field.- Preferred: Additional Diploma in relevant field.- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Solar EPC or related industries (Telecommunication / Railways / CM Kusum projects).Industry Preference:- Candidates from Solar EPC, Telecommunication, Railways, or CM Kusum Component projects are highly preferred.
