Key Responsibilities: ❖ Build and managestrategic alliances with doctors and hospitalsto drivepatient referralsfor crowdfunding andmedical loans through CarePal Money ❖ Lead and mentor thesales teamin your city/region, ensuringtarget achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development ❖ Develop newcrowdfunding and lending opportunitiesby identifying patient needs and introducingEMI-based financing solutionsat partner hospitals ❖ Drive awareness and adoption ofCarePal Moneyby enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loansandzero-cost EMI options ❖ Setrevenue goalsand manage both thecrowdfunding and lending pipelineon a weekly and monthly basis ❖ Provide continuousmarket feedbackon customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refineCarePal’s lending solutions ❖ Ensure smoothlending operationsby coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders ❖ Take full ownership of thecity-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainabilityRequired Skills & Experience: ● 5+ years inB2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment ● Experience inteam leadership and sales target achievement ● Willingness to travel extensively within the region ● Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement Preferred (Good to Have): ● Experience inretail financial services(e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance) ● Background in managinglarge field sales teamsor partner networks Perks & Benefits: ● Exposure to India's fastest-growingfintech/health-tech startupecosystem ● High-impact role with direct influence on healthcare access for patients ● Competitivesalary+performance-based bonuses ● Diverse and inclusive work culture focused on purpose-driven growth
