The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data preprocessing, model training, optimization, and deployment within cloud or on-prem environmentsKey Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and implementmachine learning modelsandAI algorithmsto address complex business problems. Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Develop and maintainend-to-end ML pipelines— from data ingestion to model deployment. Evaluate and fine-tune models for accuracy, performance, and scalability. Collaborate withdata scientists, data engineers, and software developersto integrate ML solutions into applications and products. Deploy models using frameworks such asTensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, FastAPI, or Flask . Leveragecloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model training and serving. Research and experiment with emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks. ImplementMLOpspractices for continuous model integration, testing, and monitoring.Required Skills: 2–6 years of hands-on experience inmachine learning ,deep learning , orAI solution development . Proficiency inPythonand ML libraries such asTensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, or Keras . Strong knowledge ofdata structures, algorithms, and statistics . Experience withdata preprocessing, feature engineering , andmodel evaluation techniques . Familiarity withMLOps tools(MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience withcloud ML services(AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI). Proficiency inSQLand data handling tools likePandas, NumPy . Understanding ofAPI integrationandmodel deploymentin production environments. Experience withNatural Language Processing (NLP)orComputer Vision (CV)projects. Familiarity withLLMs (Large Language Models)orGenerative AI frameworks . Knowledge ofdata versioning tools(DVC, Git LFS) andCI/CD for ML . Exposure tobig data technologies(Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
