Maintain Compliance and confidentiality across the process. Preparation of recruitment dashboards Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met. Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements are used Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity. Offer negotiation (Verbal) and sending formal offer letter. Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process. Leveraging the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates Lead, coach and develop peers and team members across talent acquisition.RequirementMBA (HR) from reputed institute. With 2+yrs of experience in recruitment Able to form effective relationship at all levels of business. A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
