Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our team as a Venture Capital Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analysing investment opportunities, and supporting the investment decision-making process.


Responsibilities:

•Maintain accounting and books for all the deals

• Required someone with prior background in venture capital

•Evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.

•Assist in conducting meetings with entrepreneurs and management teams to assess business models, market strategies, and growth prospects.

•Prepare investment memos, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

•Monitor portfolio companies and provide ongoing support to management teams as needed.

•Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics relevant to our investment thesis.


Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

•5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, venture capital, or private equity.

•Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

•Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
