The role in a nutshell:
As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will work on Employee Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. You should have a working knowledge of Zoho Books
Role & Responsibilities :
- You will be managing all receivables and payables in Zoho books for India and the USA.
- You will be preparing the budget every month and processing the Payroll for Employees
- You will be managing the deductions of TDS and PF/ESI. This includes adding/updating and making monthly PF/ESI payments
- You will be managing the Account Books for both India and US
- You will be responsible for Estimated state taxes, Federal and State tax returns for our US
operations and coordinating with IRS for necessary filings
- You will be Responsible for statutory and Tax audit preparation, Internal control over
financial reporting process and documentation, Due diligence audit during every round of
funding.
You would be responsible for Secretarial Compliance – Includes dealing with various investors and closing various tranche of funds (Handled from Seed to Series B), end to end secretarial compliance including offer letter for private and rights issues to allotment of shares and filing documents with ROC.
You will be Responsible for allocating funds for working capital, Funds flow, Capital and
revenue budgeting
You will be Responsible for reconciling Inter Company Transactions.
Reporting of Profitability Analysis, Employees Productivity Analysis, Project Costing for
Offshore and On-site Contracts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree, Masters in Commerce will be an additional benefit
4+ years of working experience
2+ years of work experience in Zoho Books is a must
Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable in IT industry
Strong financial analysis skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
Experience in handling Carta is mandatory
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Experience in a startup environment or with high-growth companies.
