This is a full time role for a Finance Executive located on-site in Delhi. The Finance Executive will be responsible for tasks related to financial statements, accounting, communication, and utilizing analytical skills to support various projects and initiatives within the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Book-keeping and Accounting: Record financial transactions accurately and promptly in accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Account Reconciliation: Assist in monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Invoice Processing: Help with accounts payable and accounts receivable by processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up with clients/vendors as needed.
  • Financial Analysis: Support the finance team in analyzing financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and trends.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized financial records and document financial transactions as needed.
  • Assisting with Month-End Close: Help the finance team with the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and adjusting entries.
  • Expense Management: Assist in reviewing and verifying employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support Audits: Assist in preparing financial documents and reports required for internal or external audits.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support the finance and accounting departments


Qualification

  • Analytical Skills and Finance experience
  • Ability to work with Financial Statements
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Accounting principles
  • Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
