This role demands a strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and technical expertise in ServiceNow, including Service Portal and integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives and ensure platform stability and reliability.Who are you: You are a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in development and administration. You possess advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, Service Portal, and scripting. You are a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and have experience in leading teams. You are committed to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and you thrive in collaborative environments.What you will do: •Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules. •Design and customise ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of platform features. •Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins. •Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes. •Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and developed code. •Ensure quality assurance by adhering to best practices, standards, and security protocols. •Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes. •Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies. •Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements.What skills you need: Must-have: •4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator •Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal •Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies •Proficiency in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript •Familiarity with different SCDL workflows •Excellent time management and communication skills •Experience in team leadershipPreferred: •ServiceNow CSA certification •Micro certification in Service PortalWhat skills you will learn: •Advanced scripting and automation techniques within ServiceNow •Best practices in agile development and continuous improvement •Enhanced collaboration and stakeholder engagement strategies •Exposure to cutting-edge integration technologies •Leadership and mentoring capabilities in a dynamic environmentKey Performance IndicatorsL •Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform and portal development •Effective implementation of integrations and scripting solutions •High-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business requirementsVOIS Equal Opportunity Employer CommitmentIndiaVOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
