Head - Inside Sales

Job Overview:
This role spearheads the inside sales team to optimize qualification and allocation of centrally generated leads, involving gauging customer interest, updating CRM data, and allocating qualified leads to designated engineers for further engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing the team and ensure the target number of calls are made to assess customer interest in ELGi's products and identify potential needs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Analyzes compressor application of the customer to determine the appropriate size and specifications required for optimal performance and satisfaction.
- Ensures accurate and prompt updating of lead status on CRM systems, meticulously filling all necessary fields for precise tracking and management of customer interactions and progress.
- Provides the marketing team with real-time, data-driven feedback on the qualification percentage at source, geography, and segment levels to enhance lead qualification strategies.
- Allocates qualified leads to designated direct or lock-in engineers within the relevant zone, facilitating seamless customer engagement and follow-up.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
- Min 10 years of experience in inside sales or sales management roles.
- Proven track record in leading inside sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in CRM systems and lead management processes.
