Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for LOS and LMS applications. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality. • Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure coverage. • Perform API testing and validate integration points with third-party services. • Work closely with automation engineers to enhance test automation coverage where applicable. • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support and ensure business requirements are met. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for lending applications.Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in the lending domain. • Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). • Experience with manual testing and a basic understanding of test automation frameworks. • Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing. • Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or equivalent. • Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
