Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with strong functional expertise in core HR modules and business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP HCM modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS, preferably in an S/4HANA environment.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and support SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM configurations.- Configure and maintain Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) structures.- Manage Time Management, Attendance, Leave, and Absence processes.- Support Payroll configuration, schema modifications, and integration with FI/CO.- Integrate SAP HCM with other modules such as FI, CO, and SuccessFactors.- Handle data migration, testing, and issue resolution during project phases.- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.- Support ESS/MSS functionalities and enhance user experience.- Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit, and statutory requirements.Technical & Functional Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support (8+ years).- In-depth knowledge of PA, OM, Time, and Payroll modules.- Experience with Indian Payroll (INPY) or Global Payroll preferred.- Familiar with Integration to SAP FICO and SuccessFactors.- Understanding of Personnel Actions, Infotypes, Work Schedules, and Schemas.- Experience in data migration (LSMW) and reporting tools.- Exposure to SAP Fiori and S/4HANA HCM environments is a plus.
