Key Responsibilities:- KPI Analysis and Reporting : Responsible for defining, developing & communicating KPIs to the leadership and own those metrics for improving business.- Cross Functional Collaboration : Working closely with the business teams across the organization to drive data-boosted decision making.- Coding and Data Management : Develop and maintain data pipelines using Python and SQL for analysis and automate data to ensure accurate reporting.- Innovative Solutioning Approaches : Utilizing modern tools and technologies for trend prediction, sales forecasting, consumer insights which keeps us ahead of market trends. Desired Candidate Profile:- 3+ years of experience as a business/data analyst.- Must have proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders.- Having an analytical mindset.- A knack for analyzing data with a solid foundation in math and statistics.- A strong aptitude for leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.- Preferably BTech from a top tier engineering college.
