Our journey is only 5% complete, and we are committed to achieving our mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.Role OverviewThe Lead Business Analyst will take on a leadership role in defining and driving strategic business initiatives. This role involves setting the direction for business analysis, leading a team of analysts, and providing executive-level insights to support decision-making. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to align business strategies with operational execution, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and lead the business analysis strategy, ensuring alignment with noon’s overall objectives.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Executive Insights & Reporting: Provide high-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment on project goals and delivering impactful outcomes.Process Optimization & Innovation: Lead efforts to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.Project Oversight: Oversee major business initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business priorities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Experience working with executive teams and delivering high-level insights.Deep understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is highly preferred.
