Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Specialist at Urbanwood. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and coordinating with customers for export. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating shipments, optimizing delivery routes, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Analytical skills for optimizing delivery routes and supply chain management
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management
  • Knowledge of export regulations and procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
