Position Overview:

Represent the organizations products and services using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps. Identify best practices for refining the company's lead-generation Utilize CRM platforms, outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and networking to generate high-quality business opportunities.

2. Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services

3. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

4. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

5. Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Customer.io, Appolo.io, Lusha, and CRM systems to manage lead pipelines and outreach automation.

6. Assist in building CRM workflows, automations, and dashboards to streamline sales activities.

7. Facilitate meetings and discussions between qualified prospects and sales leadership.

8. Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly Experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets

2. Strong communication skills via phone and email

3. Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

4. Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

5. Proficiency with CRM software
