Our rapidly expanding marketing division, part of an established international law firm with over 22 years of history. We are rapidly expanding in-house in technology, AI, CRM development, consumer experience team, PPC marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Enhance the overall service experience, fostering engagement and driving organic growth, aligning with Levi & Korsinsky's commitment to client satisfaction.
- Call Handling: Handle outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring clear communication in a neutral voice accent.
- Customer Interaction: Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding their inquiries and legal services offered by Levi & Korsinsky.
- Policy Adherence: Follow established service procedures, policies, and standards to uphold our reputation for delivering top-tier legal services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken, in line with our commitment to transparency and accountability.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Performance Metrics: Meet performance targets and KPIs, including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rates.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Proven experience of 2 to 6 Years as a Call Center Executive.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Call Handling: Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally and efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Performance Metrics: Ability to meet performance targets and KPIs, including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and resolution rates.
