The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people processes and supporting the growth of the organization.Role & responsibilities1. Recruitment and Onboarding- Source, screen, and recruit talent to meet manpower requirements - Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and support final selection process - Oversee onboarding formalities document collection, induction, system setup, and smooth integration of new hires2. Employee Engagement and Development- Organize engagement activities to foster a positive work culture - Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement - Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external learning programs - Support performance reviews and career development initiatives3. HR Operations and Compliance- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, payroll inputs, etc.) - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies - Address employee queries related to HR processes, benefits, and payroll4. Performance Management- Facilitate the performance appraisal process (goal setting, reviews, feedback) - Guide managers on managing performance improvement plans5. Offboarding and Exit Management- Handle resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement processes - Derive insights from exit feedback to support retention strategies
