Job Description Manage workforce planning activities includingcapacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting PerformReal-Time Analysis (RTA)and take corrective actions to meet SLA targets Createdaily/weekly/monthly MIS reports Analyze performance trends, productivity, and SLA adherence Coordinate with US stakeholders during the shift Build and automate dashboards for workforce and performance metrics Handleintraday management, shrinkage tracking, and staffing requirements Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to deliver insightsMandatory Skills Workforce Management ✔ Capacity Planning ✔ Real-Time Analysis (RTA) ✔ Forecasting (Short-term & Long-term) ✔ Scheduling & Staffing ✔ Intra-day/Operational ReportingMIS & Reporting ✔ Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS ✔ SLA & Productivity Reporting ✔ Dashboard Creation & AutomationTechnical Skills ✔Advanced MS Excel(strong hands-on, will be tested during interview) ✔ Pivot Tables ✔ Advanced Excel Formulas ✔ Power Query ✔ Macros (Good to have)Soft Skills ✔ Strong communication skills ✔ Ability to coordinate withUS clients/stakeholders ✔ Presentation & data storytellingImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying) Do NOT apply if: You haveless than 3 yearsof MIS/WFM experience You arenot comfortable with US shift timing (6 PM – 3 AM) You cannot join within30 days You donot have hands-on Excel skills Your background is unrelated (e.g., purely BPO agent, HR, admin, data entry) ✅Apply ONLY if you meet ALL mandatory skills above.
