- Lead the end-to-end development of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, Angular/React, and Microsoft SQL Server.

- Architect, design, and implement Microservices / Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) to ensure seamless integration and efficient data flow across systems.

- Collaborate closely with architects and cloud engineers to strategically deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, App Service, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure Storage, and NoSQL databases.

- Drive technical excellence and innovation within projects through in-depth knowledge of .NET

- Actively mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and knowledge-sharing environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and proactively suggest relevant integrations and

improvements to our technology stack.

- Champion and enforce best practices in software development, coding standards, security,

and performance.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 8+ years of extensive experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in :

- Minimum 8 years in .NET (preferably .NET Core).

- Minimum 3 years in Angular or React.

- Minimum 3 years with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

- Minimum 2 years in a Lead role.

- Mandatory : Strong understanding and practical experience within the Tax or Audit domain. (Knowledge of IRS regulations is a significant plus).

- Profound understanding and hands-on experience with Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture design and implementation.

- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including but not limited to

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline management using Azure DevOps and Git.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen focus on application performance,

scalability, and maintainability.

- Knowledge of emerging technology trends, with a focus on AI/ML as a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing development teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- A strong passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying current with industry

advancements.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in .NET development.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Angular or React.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Azure.

- Work Model : Hybrid (4 days working from office, 1 day work from home).

- Office Location : Mumbai Goregaon East, Nesco.

- Travel Time : Candidate's daily commute to the office should ideally be maximum 1 hour.
