Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead to oversee the technical aspects of our projects.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
  5. Create comprehensive technical documentation detailing architectural designs, implementation details, and user guides to facilitate seamless collaboration among team members.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in technology, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging tools and methodologies to enhance product performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X+ years) in leading and managing software development teams, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and server-side development using Python, Golang.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
