Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Mumbai, hBits group has assets under management of approximately INR 500 crore.Funding: hBits, has raised INR 40 Cr ($5 Mn) in a strategic funding round that saw participation from various institutional and angel investors. hBits has an AUM of around Rs 500 crore and has investors from across India as well as NRIs from Singapore, Gulf, Europe, and USA.Role Description:- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcer Acquisitions AVP/VP based in Mumbai.- The Sourcer Acquisitions AVP/VP will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring premium commercial properties.- Responsibilities include market research, property analysis, due diligence, negotiation, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.- The role involves strategic planning and collaboration with other teams to meet business objectives.- Conduct detailed site visits, analyze investment risks, asset quality, lease terms, and quality, and further growth opportunities- Underwrite, diligence, execute/close, and subsequently monitor acquired commercial real estate assets- Conduct and facilitate diligence including liaising with consultants across legal, finance & accounting- Work closely with Investments, Operations, and Technology teams to prepare a detailed Investment Memo (IM), coordinate the investment listing, funding, and asset management- Assist in building the firm's AUM by sourcing investment opportunities over INR 500 crore every Experience in market research, property analysis, and due diligence- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders- Strategic planning and collaboration skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and on-site in Mumbai- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (ref:iimjobs.com)
