This role requires technical expertise, solution architecture skills, and leadership abilities to optimize Salesforce for our growing startup ecosystem.Location : Bangalore/Kolkata (On site)Experience Required : 10-15 yearsWhat youll do :Salesforce Development & Customization :- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.- Architect and implement robust Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.- Oversee data architecture, modeling, security, and governance within Salesforce.- Drive automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Custom Triggers.- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.Leadership & Strategy :- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts.- Define Salesforce roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design scalable solutions.Technical Oversight & Best Practices :- Establish and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment.- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.- Maintain compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and regulatory standards.- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, bringing innovation to Kenverse and T2Cs solutions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :- Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Apex, SOQL and SOSL- Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Async Apex- Knowledge, proven experience on Apex Enterprise Patterns is a plus- Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Lightning Web Components - LWC- Knowledge, proven experience, and skilled in REST APIs, Integrations- Developing solutions with best practice front of mind- Good Debugging skills on Apex and LWC- Understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups and Sharing Settings- Understanding of Reports and Dashboards- Understanding of Process Automation tools- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive execution in an agile environment.- Certified system architect- Experience in Education Cloud and Managed Package development. - Knowledge of MuleSoft, OmniStudio, Agentforce, and Data Cloud will be an added advantage.
