Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-site) |Full-timeSummary of the Role We are looking for a Structural Draughtsman with at least 2 years of experience in a structural design consultancy firm. Success in this role means producing accurate RCC drawings, reinforcement detailing, and coordination outputs that support our engineers in delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs. This role is central to our projects, ensuring design intent is translated into precise and buildable drawings, contributing directly to the quality and reputation of our work.Responsibilities Prepare accurate structural drawings, including plans, sections, and reinforcement details for RCC structures. Develop reinforcement schedules and bar bending schedules (BBS). Ensure drawings are compliant with IS codes, project specifications, and company standards. Revise and update drawings as per design changes or client feedback. Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and consultants to resolve technical clarifications. Maintain drawing records and ensure timely delivery of outputs. Contribute to projects using BIM workflows (Autodesk Suite/Revit) where applicable.Qualifications Diploma / ITI in Civil Drafting (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience as a draughtsman in a structural design consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). Strong knowledge of RCC detailing and drafting practices. Experience in BIM software (Autodesk Revit / Autodesk Suite) will be considered a strong advantage. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills.
