Job Description- Draughtsman (Short term contract) Urgent requirementSHORT- TERM CONTRACT BASED WORK- 6 MonthsExperience:5–6 Years Contract Duration:6 Months Work Mode:Work From Office Timings:9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Hitech City Hyderabad, TelanganaPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedDraughtsmanwith strong AutoCAD skills to support our project team on a short-term contractual basis. The role requires precision, accuracy, and the ability to deliver high-quality drawings within tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:Create detailedarchitectural and structural drawingsusing AutoCAD. Prepareplans, elevations, sections, layouts , and other technical drawings as required. Update and revise existing drawings based on instructions from architects/engineers. Coordinate with the project team to understand drawing requirements. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with technical standards and project specifications. Manage drawing files, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission of deliverables. Support in preparing BOQs or measurements (if required).Required skill/Qualification:5–6 years of experienceas a Draughtsman in real estate, construction, or architecture. Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD(2D essential, 3D added advantage). Hands-on knowledge of related tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software) is a plus. Strong understanding ofbuilding drawings, detailing, and industry standards . Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality drawings within strict timelines. Good communication and coordination skills.Contract Term:Short-term engagement for6 monthsbased on project requirements. Full-time,work-from-officerole (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM). Compensation will be based on experience and project scope.
