We are seeking an experienced PLM Architect with 15–18 years of expertise in PLM to lead solution architecture across product portfolios and automation systems. This role demands deep technical acumen in platforms like Windchill and Teamcenter, and the strategic vision to drive high-impact, across our manufacturing landscape.Business Process Optimization:- Assessing and defining business processes for PLM functions. - Identifying areas for process improvement and collaborating on implementing changes. - Ensuring PLM solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.Integration and Data Management:- Facilitating integration between PLM systems and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Managing and maintaining PLM data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Strong knowledge on the CAD migrationPre-Sales Activities:- Collaborating with vender teams to develop compelling value propositions and technical presentations. - Providing technical expertise during the vender selection process and addressing technical concerns. - Participating in contract negotiations and solution presentations. - License configuration and deploymentsTechnical Leadership and Guidance:- Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams. - Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices. - Staying up-to-date on PLM market trends and emerging technologies.Skills and Qualifications – Overall 15 to 18 Years of Experience in PLM.- Strong understanding of PLM principles and best practices. - Experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter or Windchill. - Proficiency in solution design, architecture, and implementation. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills of CAD and windchill. - Knowledge of relevant technologies such as Java, Micro services, and cloud computing is also beneficial. - Strong knowledge on the build deployment of server. - Configuration of replica servers
