We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Visual Designer to lead our visual execution and elevate our creative vision across all channels. This is a pivotal role that will collaborate directly with our senior copywriter and AI & Automation Architect to build a new standard of creative excellence in our agency.


Role Overview:

The Senior Visual Designer will be a creative powerhouse and a key player in our team. You will be responsible for translating marketing strategies and concepts into stunning, high-performing visual assets. You will be the visionary behind our creative campaigns, providing direction to our team of graphic designers and video editors, and ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Strategy & Ideation: Partner with the senior copywriter and account teams to develop compelling visual concepts and creative strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Visual Execution: Lead the design and production of high-quality digital and print assets, including ad creatives (for Meta, Google, etc.), social media content, brand identities, landing pages, and pitch decks.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to our team of graphic designers and video editors, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of top-tier work.
  • Brand Guardianship: Develop, maintain, and enforce brand style guides and visual standards for clients, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Performance-Driven Design: Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign data and optimize visual creative based on performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates).
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Proactively research and implement new visual trends, design tools, and emerging technologies (including AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to keep our agency's creative work fresh and innovative.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a visual designer, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work, including high-performing ad creatives, brand identity projects, and a mastery of typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma/Sketch.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and receive feedback constructively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how design influences marketing performance and brand perception.
