**Job Description:**  

As a CRM Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue by effectively managing leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Your role will be instrumental in achieving monthly sales targets and expanding our customer base through strategic marketing initiatives.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Lead Management and Conversion:**

  - Manage and prioritize incoming leads through various channels, including website inquiries, social media, and referrals.

  - Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, showcase our services, and guide them through the sales process.

  - Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into booked clients and achieve monthly sales targets.


2. **Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:**

  - Monitor and track sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates using CRM software.

  - Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

  - Work closely with the sales and management teams to develop strategies and tactics to optimize sales effectiveness and meet revenue targets.


**Qualifications and Skills:**


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales and lead conversion, preferably in the wedding industry or a similar field.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments from clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.

- Proficiency in CRM softwar.

- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
