The DataFlow Group partners with clients across the public and private sectors to assist them in mitigating potential risk by exposing fraudulentPosition Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team at DataFlow Group. As a key contributor to our product development efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap: - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals. - Define and prioritize feature sets, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. - Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product development and launches. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages input from various stakeholders and ensures a holistic approach to product development.Market Analysis: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. - Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements to inform product development decisions. Product Lifecycle Management: - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support. - Define and measure key product metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements as needed. Customer Focus: - Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product enhancement. - Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus. - Proven experience (2-3 years) in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Deep understanding of data management, verification, or related industries is highly desirable. - Experience with agile development methodologies.
