Job Title: SAP Signavio Consultant (Contractor) – Support Project Location: India/Remote / US Timezone Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable) Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP Signavio Consultant to support ongoing operations and enhancements in a live environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across SAP Signavio modules including Process Modeling, Process Intelligence, Governance, and Collaboration Hub. This is a support role requiring availability in the US timezone to collaborate with business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: • - Provide day-to-day support for SAP Signavio modules including Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Collaboration Hub. • - Resolve incidents within SLA timeframe and ensure user satisfaction. • - Assist business users in modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using Signavio tools. • - Monitor and maintain process governance workflows and ensure compliance with organizational standards. • - Support integration of Signavio with other SAP systems and third-party tools. • - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process modeling, data visualization, and collaboration features. • - Document support activities, configurations, and user guides for internal use. • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement process improvements. Required Qualifications: • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. • - 6+ years of experience in SAP Signavio support or implementation. • - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. • - Experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Governance modules. • - Excellent communication and documentation skills. • - Ability to work independently and manage support tasks in a remote setup. • - Availability to work in US timezone. Preferred Skills: • - Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules. • - Knowledge of BPMN standards and process optimization techniques. • - Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools.
