We are seeking a data-driven strategic leader to join a leading life insurance company as part of the Distribution Strategy & Transformation team. The role involves leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimize distribution performance, and support transformative initiatives. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence key business outcomes.Responsibilities:- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for business performance improvement - Ownership of data-driven strategy and transformation projects under the guidance of senior team members - Identify solutions to problems using data, research, and analytics - Create executive-ready presentations and dashboards for management consumption - Support and manage strategy and transformation projects under senior guidance - Conduct market and competitive research to guide strategic decisions - Collaborate with internal functions across S&D and other departments - Engage with external vendors for data and analytics requirementsPre-requisites:- Experience Required: 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in consulting, data analytics, or strategy domain) - Qualification (Mandatory): MBA or CA - Ability to develop dashboards and reporting tools for management and channel heads - Expertise in primary and secondary research to identify market and competition trends - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive presentations - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Basic project management skills - Team player with curiosity and willingness to learnWhen you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the SCIENTE Group Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at SCIENTE’s website (https://www.sciente.com/privacy-policy).
