About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP MM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes, and a solid understanding of MM integration with other SAP modules.

As an SAP MM Consultant, you will lead and participate in the entire SAP project lifecycle-from requirement gathering to go-live and post-production support, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP MM S/4HANA implementation projects, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

- Design and implement Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management business processes within SAP.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, PP, WM, FICO) to ensure seamless module integration.

- Prepare and execute test plans (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing) to validate solutions.

- Ensure successful data migration and cutover strategy implementation aligned with business requirements.

- Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and end-user training.

- Understand and leverage S/4HANA simplifications and innovations in the MM module.

- Document all solution processes and provide detailed knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA MM, including greenfield or migration projects.

- Expertise in core SAP MM processes :

1. Material Master Management

2. Purchasing & Procurement (Standard, Subcontracting, Consignment, Stock Transport Orders)

3. Inventory Management (Goods Receipt/Issue, Transfer Postings, Physical Inventory)

4. Valuation & Account Determination

5. Pricing Procedures

- Experience with data migration tools (LTMC, BODS, LSMW) and cutover planning.

- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and agile project execution.

- Hands-on knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for MM is a plus.

- Proficient in creating functional specifications and working closely with ABAP developers.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently or lead a small team of consultants
