You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability.This role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals.Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and configure applications as per business requirements. - Perform independently and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. - Assist in the documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations. - Engage in continuous learning to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies. - Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Professional & Technical Skills:Must Have:- Proficiency in Signavio Process Editor. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization. - Solid grasp of application development methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration tools and techniques to ensure seamless application functionality.Good to Have:- Exposure to process automation tools or workflow engines. - Knowledge of SAP process management or BPM frameworks.Additional Information:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Signavio Process Editor is mandatory. - The role is based in Mumbai (onsite). - Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (based on experience and skills). - Candidates must have 15 years of full-time education.
