Job Title: Tr Customer Support Officer - BPOWork Location:Mphasis Limited, EON free zone, Cluster C, Wing 2, Kharadi, Pune-411014 (Work from office)Shift time: M-F (6.30 PM to 3.30 am and 7.30 pm to 4.30 am shift must be flexible for both shift) Two ways cabs available up till 40 kms (Complete Night shifts only)This is an Entry level non-IT job opportunity, please apply only if you are interested.Job DescriptionProcess Skills: · Respond to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and emails within defined SLA’s · Record interaction using client system with proper classification · Refer Knowledge base and perform task as per defined process · Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction · Passionate about customer service · Comfortable with Rotational shifts, extended working hours and weekly offs. · Candidate should clear the V&A and online typing testsTechnical Skills: Recent Graduates from any stream Preferred · Operating the computer- Intermediate · MS Office - Intermediate · Avaya/Phone Operating skills – Beginner · Fluent in Spoken and written English with effective Business Communication · Communication in neutral accent over phone · Active listening and probing skills · Basic knowledge of Insurance Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills · Analytical skillsAbout US Mphasis is a leading IT solutions provider, offering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow, domain and process expertise.
