This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, newsroom management, industry expertise, and an instinct for producing content that informs, engages, and influences global B2B business and technology audiences.You will own the editorial roadmap, lead a team of editors and writers, uphold journalistic standards, and ensure our publications remain authoritative, credible, and innovative.Key Responsibilities :Editorial Leadership & Strategy- Develop and execute the overarching editorial strategy for all OnDot Media brands. - Define the editorial calendar, content direction, and key thematic pillars for each publication. - Maintain a consistent, differentiated editorial voice that aligns with brand positioning. - Oversee development of long-form, short-form, multimedia, and research-driven content.Team Management & Workflow Oversight- Lead, mentor, and grow an editorial team - Establish workflows, quality standards, and editorial guidelines. - Conduct regular editorial reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations. - Manage contributor networks and oversee guest author content.Quality Control & Content Governance- Uphold high editorial integrity, accuracy, and ethical standards across all publications. - Review, approve and contribute high-impact content, including features, interviews, thought leadership, and reports. - Ensure SEO best practices, brand consistency, and readability across all content types.Audience Growth & Engagement- Use analytics and audience insights to guide content strategy and optimize performance. - Collaborate with marketing to grow readership and engagement. - Experiment with new content formats (webinars, video series, research papers, newsletters, etc.).Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content alignment and objectives while maintaining editorial independence. - Partner with design, product, and tech teams to improve content experience and platform usability. - Act as the editorial representative in cross-team planning, stakeholder meetings, and client-facing conversations when required.Thought Leadership & Brand Ambassador- Represent OnDot Media at panels, interviews, and industry forums. - Build relationships with industry experts, analysts, and influencers. - Strengthen the editorial credibility and industry standing of all OnDot Media brands.Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of experience in journalism, editorial leadership, or digital media preferably B2B tech. - Proven experience managing a newsroom or multi-publication content team. - Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains (cloud, AI, cybersecurity, marketing tech, HR tech, etc.). - Exceptional writing, editing, and headline-crafting skills. - Strong grasp of SEO, digital content trends, and data-driven editorial decision-making. - Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and editorial priorities simultaneously. - Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and commercial teams without compromising editorial standards. - Comfortable working with global stakeholders and contributors.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in B2B publishing, enterprise tech reporting, or analyst/research-driven content. - Familiarity with marketing funnels, demand generation workflows, and content syndication. - Exposure to managing multimedia content (video, podcast, webinar formats). - Experience leading editorial transformation or scaling content teams across regions.What We Offer- Leadership role shaping the voice of a fast-growing global B2B media company. - Opportunity to oversee multiple influential publications reaching millions of senior decision-makers. - Collaborative, innovative, and high-growth work environment. - Competitive compensation and benefits.
