We create long-form YouTube videos, short documentaries, investigative reports, and viral social media content that highlights real issues affecting common people. Job Description – Video Editor Intern We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our content production team in Dwarka, Delhi. The role involves editing YouTube videos, short-form reels, documentaries, and social media clips in a fast-paced newsroom-style environment. Responsibilities Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews, news reports, and documentary-style content Create short-form vertical reels (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) Manage footage, organize project files, and maintain backups Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, effects, and sound design Apply colour correction, audio cleanup & visual storytelling techniques Work closely with the creative team to develop storytelling ideas and cutdowns Deliver content within deadlines Understand viral content formats and editing styles that perform on social media Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory) Knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling & pacing Ability to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly Basic understanding of social media video formats Interest in journalism, documentaries, political & social content (bonus) Eligibility Students, freshers or self-taught editors who want to build a strong portfolio Prior internship or freelance editing experience is an advantage Work Type & Location On-site (Dwarka, Delhi) Full-time Stipend & Benefits Monthly stipend based on skill and performance Opportunity to convert to full-time role Learn newsroom and real-world documentary editing workflow Creative freedom and credit on published videos Work with real impact projects & gain industry exposure HOW TO APPLY Apply on linkedin and submit the form
