The role requires strong functional and technical understanding across PeopleSoft HCM, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Workday HCM , and Kronos (Time & Attendance) systems, ensuring smooth end-to-end project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end implementation of HCM and Workforce Management projects. Work closely with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and QA) for successful execution. Ensure proper integration between various HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, T&A, Performance, etc.). Handle risk management, project governance, and client communication . Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and post-go-live support . Maintain compliance, data integrity, and performance of HR systems. Technical Skills Required HR & Workforce Systems: PeopleSoft HCM | SAP HCM / SuccessFactors | Oracle HCM | Workday HCM | Kronos (T&A) Strong exposure to HR Integrations, Data Migration, and APIs . Understanding of SQL/PL-SQL, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi), and BI reporting preferred. Experience in Agile/Waterfall delivery models . Soft Skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management . Excellent communication and analytical skills . Proven ability to handle multiple parallel projects and deliver results on time. Experience working with onshore–offshore teams . Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification preferred. Prior experience leading HCM transformation or implementation programs is a must.
