Position: Design Studio Head Domain: Architecture (Residential / Commercial / Healthcare) Experience: 18–22 yearsResponsibilities Lead and oversee the design studio operations , ensuring design excellence across all projects. ● Drive architecture planning and execution for large-scale residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. ● Build, mentor, and manage a diverse team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability. ● Ensure seamless integration of systems and processes , balancing technical and commercial requirements. ● Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions. ● Manage client relationships with strong communication and negotiation skills, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. ● Maintain a design-focused approach while also ensuring project feasibility and commercial viability. ● Provide leadership in both boutique studio settings (teams up to 100) and larger organizational structures.Desired Profile ● 20 years of professional experience in architecture, with proven expertise in residential, commercial, and healthcare domains. ● Strong background in design-centric firms and boutique studio environments. ● Extensive team leadership and management experience (mentoring, performance management, project delegation). ● In-depth understanding of technical and commercial processes within architectural practice. ● Excellent client management and interpersonal communication skills. ● Visionary mindset with the ability to balance creativity, functionality, and business goals.
