Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary professional to lead our Offline Marketing, Business Development, and Branding initiatives across regions. This is a high-impact leadership role, blending strategic marketing, partnership development, and premium on-ground brand execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving studio footfalls, revenue growth, brand visibility, and ensuring an exceptional client experience across all offline touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. Offline Marketing Strategy & Execution - Lead traditional marketing initiatives including print, outdoor, radio, in-studio branding, and event sponsorships. - Plan and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to drive visibility and customer walk-ins. - Design and manage region-specific marketing campaigns based on client demographics and market demand. 2. Business Development - Identify, establish, and manage strategic B2B partnerships, alliances, and collaborations. - Support sales teams with lead generation and localized marketing strategies. - Drive business growth through new market entries and studio launches. 3. Branding & On-Ground Experience - Enhance the physical brand presence across studios, public venues, and partner spaces. - Oversee visual merchandising, signage, lighting, and overall aesthetic consistency. - Collaborate with design, architecture, and creative teams to deliver high-impact brand experiences. 4. Vendor, Agency & Stakeholder Management - Manage relationships with creative, media buying, and event agencies for campaign rollouts. - Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and performance for branding and marketing materials. - Coordinate with internal teams including operations, facilities, and design to ensure seamless execution. 5. Budget & Performance Management - Develop and manage marketing and branding budgets. - Monitor and analyze KPIs for campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement. - Present actionable insights and performance reports to senior leadership. Key Skills & Competencies - Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities. - Expertise in offline marketing channels and consumer behavior. - Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency. - Proven record in business growth through partnerships and market development. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. - Willingness to travel across locations as needed. Educational Qualifications - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
