Job Summary :We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong foundation in the banking domain to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable Responsibilities :- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.- Identify, collect, and analyze data to support business decisions and process improvements.- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports.- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.- Contribute to project planning, execution, and delivery.- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all Skills and Experience :- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.- Understanding of various business analysis Skills and Experience :- Experience with banking products and processes (e., loans, deposits, payments).- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking industry.- Experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI) (ref:hirist.tech)
