Job Role: Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on optimizing online advertising campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).


Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methods to refine and enhance campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Implement tracking tools and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommending actionable improvements.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and control campaign costs while ensuring optimal performance.

SEO and Content Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure alignment in strategies and maximize organic and paid search opportunities.
  • Coordinate efforts to enhance overall online visibility and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies. • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Agency work experience is mandatory.
  • Mandatory work experience with specialization Meta Ads, Google Ads.
